Extra Seats for large passengers
Sometimes certain passengers are somewhat larger than others and feel
more comfortable if they have an extra seat. TFC can easily accommodate
this by booking an extra seat at the child rate...this also allows the passenger
an extra 15kg of baggage.
Cancellation Policy
Should a ticketed booking be cancelled it will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- More than 14 days before travel date ‐ 10% of the fare value
- Between 14‐8 Days ‐ 50% of the fare value
- Within 7 Days of Travel ‐ 100% of the fare value

Fare notes and rules...
- Premium+ is for minimum of 2 pax. It must be booked on all sectors
- For any Premium+ bookings that use a Nairobi Sector the luggage allowance is 35 kg per person
- All Bookings must be ticketed more than 9 Days before Travel
- Unticketed bookings will be cancelled 9 Days prior to Travel
