Conditions per fare class:
Platinum class
This is the most flexible fare offering the least amount of restrictions to the client.
  • Date changes/cancellations 0 hour notice: 50% voucher issued to client.
  • Date changes/cancellations 24 hours notice: 75% voucher issued to client
  • Date changes/cancellations 72 hours or more notice: 90% voucher issued to client.
Gold class
This class is a medium fare between our Platinum and Silver class, offering more restrictions than the Platinum class, but not as restrictive as the Silver class.
  • Date changes/cancellations 0 hour notice: 10% voucher issued to client.
  • Date changes/cancellations 72 hour notice: 50% voucher issued to client.
  • Date changes/cancellations 7 days or more notice: 75% voucher issued to client.
Silver class
This is the lowest fare available, not allowing room for any changes made to a booking.
  • No refunds or vouchers issued.
  • No Name changes
  • No flight changes.
Pelican Air Services now offers you the client two options should a date change or cancellation occur within the stipulated times mentioned above. The first is a voucher which allows the client to hold the refund due to them on credit which can be used at a later stage as payment for another booking. The use of this voucher is restricted to one calendar year, but not later than December 31 of the same year. In order for this to apply, the payee must be the same person/company of both bookings. The second is to refund the voucher value direct into the payee’s account. Refunds are only applicable to clients who purchase Platinum class fares.
